These terms govern use of nexinfosoft.com and the services provided by Nex Infosoft IT Solutions. Project-specific terms are set out in each proposal or agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Use of the website
Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse site content, branding or code without written permission.
Proposals and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal describing scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Fixed-price projects are billed by milestone; dedicated teams and retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom code, designs and deliverables created for you transfers to you. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Delays in these can move the timeline.
Warranty and liability
We fix defects reported within the agreed support period at no cost. Beyond that, services are provided as described in the agreement, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction, unless the project agreement states otherwise.
