Do I need Nuxt or is plain Vue enough?
If the pages must be found on Google or load fast for first-time visitors, use Nuxt. If the whole app sits behind a login, such as an admin panel, plain Vue is simpler and cheaper to host.
Our site is on Nuxt 2 or Nuxt 3. Should we upgrade?
Yes. Nuxt 2 reached end of life in June 2024, and the Nuxt team set 31 July 2026 as Nuxt 3's end-of-life date. We audit your modules first, then upgrade in stages so the live site stays stable.
